So sorry I inconvenienced the staff. I went there after work, didn't look my best and they treated me so poorly I left in tears. Went to Mederics in Dracut and couldn't believe how wonderful they were. Won't ever go back to Chantilly Place and will tell everyone how poorly i was treated. more

I walked in knowing excatly what i wanted, i even brought the porcelin bride doll my mom had that i knew i wanted to look like. Mary, the dress consultant brought out this stunning dress that was the one! i tried it on and feel in love. i had some ideas of what i wanted to do with it, add some green gems and cap sleeves, AJ the owner was so excited to help out with all my wants., he even put the gems in my tiara! I got married in the winter so I wanted to have a fur trimmed hooded cap and AJ went to NY himself and handpicked the material and feathers to use for it. I couldn't even dream it coming out any better..it was amazing...everything think i ever wanted. MAry, Kerry and AJ made my experience of buying and creating a dress so wonderful and stress free. I looked and felt like a winter princess and have them to thank! \r \r They also helped my mom fix her dress even though she didn't buy it from them and made her look stunning !\r \r so I highly recommened Chantilly Place for any bride to be! Pros: helpful,caring people. listened and gave you what you want more

So seriously BOY COT Chantilly Place, 107 Merrimack Street in Lowell because they are a bunch of LYING cheating can't be honest with their payed in full clients!! I recently purchased my wedding gown from this dump hole a week ago Saturday. After paying them a butt load of monies they called me up yesterday and said oh the designer just called and said they are planning on discontinuing the gown you ordered so they cannot make it for you! So to top off my already bad day at work, this just brought me over the top into the point where I was crying over the fabirc and not the monies they claim they cannot credit back to me for 2-weeks!!! So I am livid and if I do not get my monies today I will file some sort of legal action because they have got like my life savings!! lOl So seriously, tell everyone you know that place stinks, they are awful they are liars and I will tell you right now how come... My bestest* was obvi. was life line and I called her in hysterics! She dragged my behind almost 2 hours away in NH to go to a dress shop and we tried on this gown and that dress and this much poof and that much beading and NOTHING I mean NOTHING was as heart stopping as the gown I BOUGHT I LOVE I WANTED! So we were telling Jurhee the lady at the store in NH and she said she would be right back as my best friend and I are standing there trying to talk me into liking another gown, she comes in about 15 minutes later and said she called the designer and that Chantilly Place lied, they don't plan on discontinuing that gown, its too popular! And she could get it for me. And she gave me 10% off. I found myself hugging her in thing but my undies! Now this story is actually a lot longer, but here goes it - basically Chantilly Place is liars and they are not authorized to sell that designers, and they thought they would slip thru the cracks. They force you to sign this paperwork that says that you cannot get your monies back, and if you don't sign it you can't buy from them. But it says for the above product, well if they cannot get that product I want my money. None of this 2-weeks to return a debit transaction! They can give me cash because debit is like a cash transaction! They are liars, cheaters, and chumbucket bags - no wonder they're in Lowell! Give me a break - DUMP! Pros: Manny a guy that works there he is nice.. Cons: Lies.. and more lies.. more
