We moved to the Katy area about 3 years ago from Sugar Land and we have been trying to find a good Chinese restaurant and finally had luck with Changs. We have been there about 8 times and have always been satisfied with great food, quick , & friendly service. Pros: Good food, freah veggies, & big egg rolls! Cons: Not close enough to my house for delivery more

If your looking for the very best this is where you find it. The food is always fresh and hot. if you have an issue they will do their best to fix it for you. I will say that they have one older man that works their (may be the owner, im not sure) but he needs a seviere atatude adjustment in a bad way. For the most part the service is great. HORRIBLE! the food was bad. the service was worse. we where given to check and asked to leave when only half of our order was there. when we told them that we didnt get half the order there response was just o sorry. we have tried many other chinese restaurants in katy and all of the other ones are much better. this place will not last. Many fine establishments to have a pleasent meal in the Katy area. Chang's can not compete with Jack in the Box. Went this evening with my wife and daughter to try this new Chinese restaurant. Placed our order. After thirty minutes my wife received her meal. Pedestrian at best. Ten minutes later my daughter received her meal. She said hers was O.K., Hard to mess up sweet and sour chicken I guess. Twenty minutes later I was presented with the bill. Yep did not get my meal. It was on the bill. I decided after waiting an hour we woukd leave. I told the cashier/manager to take my order of my bill since I never received it and our server was ready fior us to leave, my assumption since I was presented with the bill. ""Sorry about that, that will be $24.02."" At least I knew where he stood. Could not have cared less. I would not waste the trip. Pros: not busy at 6.00 PM on a Saturday night and now U know why. My Wife and I ate their last week in the evening and the food was really fresh and hot. I had the chicken and vegatables, she had the general tso chicken. Both dinners came with soup, egg roll and main course. It was really good. Most of all, it is not very expensive. 14.88 total bill before tip. Been a long time since I paid 15 bucks for dinner.
