I used Changing Seasons to do flowers, photography, and planning for my wedding. It was a nightmare. The centerpieces were supposed to be pink, they were white. Aisle flowers were supposed to be large galvanized buckets but were instead little tins with our monogram written in a sharpie marker. Ribbon was mailed to Russ for all the bouquets and instead he substituted it with something completely different without my consent. Russ initially did our photography for our engagement photos but since he double booked our wedding date (after we specfically changed it to have him as a photographer), he passed along the job to a friend. His replacement was a complete disappointment as we had to tell him exactly every picture that we wanted. Neither family was pleased with Russ or the substitute photographer. These are just a few things that went wrong for us. We have a page and a half of errors. The bottom line is that Russ will tell you everything you want to hear and make it sound like he will give you the wedding you've always wanted but once he has your money, forget it. Also, when he says anything in the budget that gets changed and put towards something else it also false. We had $800 from our budget that was never reimbursed towards other things. Russ and his team will not deliver. Sam was my wedding planner for the day and she left right after dinner started instead of staying the whole night as originally promised. Another bride that I met also was having several issues with Russ as her planner. I write all of this to save another bride from extreme disappoint and unprofessional customer service.
