Plumbing service good, furnace service not so good 10/12/2011

Plumbing service - I am very happy with how quickly and efficiently the issue was resolved. The plumber who came out was very kind and was happy to explain everything to me. Everything is now in good working order and we have our home back to normal. The only thing is that it took a very long time for him to get here. In regards to the Furnace Repair - This was a different guy and he seemed to work very slowly in getting things done. My bill showed it and I wasn't pleased. However, the company has addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. more

Very Highly Trained and Pleasant Company to Do Business with. Fast Emergency Service. Very Reliable! 1/29/2007

Very quick emergency service. Very kind and highly trained personnel that give you all your options up front and help explain the difference in each option. Poor customer service 11/10/2005

I called and asked for them to come out and give me a estimate to replace our sewer line. The owner is who I scheduled my appointment with. He didn't show up to the appointment, so I called and he acted like it was no big deal. I finally had to have my husband call to get him out to our house. The bid he gave was ok compaired to some ot the others we recieved...but he really inconvienced me by not coming to the appointment. I would not give them my time or my money. more
