Done right 8/10/2011

So my car has been making a metallicy vibrating noise in the engine. Someone said it was probably the throwout bearing. So I found Chance Transmission and had them drive it and yep that is what it was. I went ahead and had them replace that along with the clutch and the plate. Now my car is quite and I don't feel nervous driving on the freeway. They only had my car for a couple days so that's a plus. I personally would rather have it done right. more

Very polite, friendly, timely and professional. I was waiting in the lobby for enterprise to pick me up and even after closing time they let me hang out in the lobby and made me still feel welcome. That was awesome, I will be back and refer others ! (I'm closer to Belair but will only come here for my transmission needs). more

Anwered my questions 7/22/2011

Josh, Jeremy, Jennie and Joe were extremely helpful and friendly. they answered lots of questions and helped get my Dodge 2500 V-10 going again. Even the guys on break explained how to adjust kick down linkage and one of the mechanics came out and hooked computer up. more

Everyone at Chance Transmissions is knowledgeable and treats everyone like family. I feel comfortable leaving my car there knowing that when i get it back, it will be running perfectly. Highly recommend. more

If you're looking for someone who's going to diagnose your car correctly and give you straight answers, trust Chance Transmissions INC. They won't replace anything that doesn't need replacing. If they can't figure out the problem or is not equipped to handle the problem, they'll let you know and even recommend a shop that can. more

Pleasure to do business with Chance Transmission 6/14/2011

I ruined my friends clutch trying to learn how to drive stick shift. Chance transmissions was able to fix that for me very quickly. They were a pleasure to do business with. more
