We went to Champs for the ribs, hearing they were pretty good. We both decided to have the sauce baked on. Our meal started with salads which were fine; the lettuce was crisp; although, it could have been colder. Bread was also served; it had a nice crust. But of course, we were there for the ribs.
Unfortunately, Champs does not serve baby back ribs. However, their rotisserie ribs were adequate. The ribs were lean yet meaty. The baked on sauce was pleasant even if it was rather forgettable. The meat certainly did not fall off the bone but it had a good texture. Along with our ribs we had an order of cottage fries. They were crispy and plentiful.
The meal wrapped up with hot towelsa nice touch. Overall, the meal was okay. But if you are looking for the best ribs ever, you will need to keep looking.
