We organized a group from the office to meet at Champ's at 11:45am on a weekday. Their menu said they were open from 11am - 2 am. When we all arrived (many in separate cars), we found the doors locked and the lights off. I called that evening and spoke to the bartender about it. She said, ""the manager is right here,"" and proceeded to tell him the situation while I was on the line. He never came to the phone. They never offered any concessions and the bartender minimized our group's inconvenience by saying we hadn't driven that far (about 7 miles round-trip). She said, ""at least you didn't come from the city. I hope you try us another time."" I don't think so! Rude and unbusiness-like.
