t was value for money 9/3/2012

We used them to change our boiler which was almost thirty years old (we know it is old, but we have just recently purchased the house). They came to look at it and advice was given. We had a new Potterton boiler system with a bonus upgrade. Very courteous staff and was very happy with the clearing. It was value for money. more

Great care and coordination to assure a perfect project. Crew friendliness while still maintaining a professional work ethic. The quality of work by a previous plumbing company I used was extremely poor. more

Your tech was outstanding. He was friendly but professional. He gave us advice regarding our system and how we could make improvements. Expedient and timely service. Educational info about how to control our hot water system. We now have a better understanding about how our water heater works and the proper care we should take on an extended vacation. more

Very good. The plumber was on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up well. He is knowledgeable and hardworking and I think the valve flows from that. more
