I have used other locksmiths in the past, but none can even compare to Champion Security & Lock Systems. Their locksmith was professional and went out of his way to make sure that my security door and front door locks worked properly. He even lined up my security door and front door so that locks were lined up with door jams, because they were out of alignment. I told him I was having trouble having my grandson remember to lock doors when he left the house. He fixed door so it would lock on the outside automatically when closed. I now do not have to worry when my sixteen year old grandson leaves the house and forgets to lock the dead bolt security door. The cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. It would be nice to find all those who have their own business, to run it like you do. There would be no need for the BBB. more

Champion Security & Lock Systems was fantastic. They were very pleasant on the phone and even better in person. I needed 2 locks re-keyed, one deadbolt replaced and my garage door lock re-keyed. The locksmith did it all within an hour. All the while explaining what he was doing. Very reasonably priced. He is a good guy and deserves great success. more

Champion Security & Lock Systems is awesome. They're very nice whenever I come in (which is a lot of occasions as of late since I needed to duplicate like 30 keys), and were very accommodating with my needs of looking up and duplicating a key to a cabinet that I had accidentally locked for which I did not have a key. Whoops. Also, in my haste running back and forth from Champion Security to work, I must've dropped one of the keys I got duplicated on the street somewhere. Stupid, stupid, stupid! But guess what? They very kindly duplicated it for me for free, and also gave me the little green rubber key-covering thing gratis for my stringent rainbow color coding purposes. more

I called in Champion Security & Lock Systems with a problem on my deadbolt installation from a previous locksmith I called. It didn' t work and the other locksmith company claimed I was not in warranty. They took care of the problem at a low cost and made everything right. I was out late last night with some friends. On my way home my friend was about to drop me off and i realized i had lost my keys at the Bar. It was really late and i didnt know what to do and I worked in the morning so it seemed like nothing could go right that night. Untill my friend looked up on Goggle for a locksmith close to us. I stopped by today to pick up a replacement locking doorknob for my front door. The nice thing was that the salesman took several minutes to walk me through the whole installation -- he pointed out 2 or 3 things I would probably not have gotten right if I'd just gone home and tried to put it in without his advice. Champion Security & Lock Systems is simply the best locksmith service in NYC. My wallet was stolen and I had my keys in it so there was no way to get into my apt. on a Sun. evening. I called Champion Security & lock Systems, and they were very professional and friendly. I believe the guy came to my door within 20 min and proceeded to pick the locks as I grieved over my stolen wallet. He even made a key for me for free knowing that I was pretty distraught over having them stolen. A great business and very, very reasonably priced for the service. What a lifesaver! My whole key set got lost and I was freaking out. The guy on the phone was really calming and clear, and then the locksmith who came to help me was awesome. He came right away, did the job really easily and charged exactly what the dispatcher had promised. I will certainly call them again for any lock issue. The locksmith from Champion Security & Lock Systems is one of those good, honest, hardworking folks that have been in short supply since the early 80s! And I was blessed to have made his acquaintance as he has restored a little bit of my lost faith in mankind. (Pay attention...I said MANKIND....WOMANKIND tends to stay ON TOP OF THEIR GAME) I found this company thru Judy's Book. There are a million rave reviews on here and so, in my state of despair, I had no choice but to call him. Of course, he was at my house early. I was late. But, he handled it like a champ. When I got there, he replaced my locks in literally a matter of minutes and charged me a mere penance for the peace of mind that he had just given me. So, I tacked on an extra $20. ...of course, he is too much of a gentleman to count the money in front of you. So, maybe thirty minutes later as I was enjoying the new Marc Jacobs scent in the mall (it is the bomb-diggity); Theo calls my cell phone to tell me that I OVER PAID HIM! That guy is not only a wonderful locksmith; but, he is a uber-wonderful human-being...the likes of which ain't been seen in these parts for years. Thank you!! more

AMAZING! After being quoted $95 from one of their competitors I decided to give Champion Security & Lock Systems a call. A guy picked up my call and quickly told me exactly when he was coming and how much it would cost. I will definitely call them the next time I lock myself out (knock on wood) more

I obtained quotes from a few different companies for a minor home lock issue I was having. Champion Security & Lock Systems was by far the cheapest. They were able to schedule an appointment for the day after I called and gave me a 1 hour window. When their guy came out, he clearly explained and then efficiently fixed the problem. He also gave my dog several sweet pats which Ruggles greatly appreciated. When he was done, he asked me to check the door a few times to make sure it was working perfectly. Awesome! I would definitely call Champion security & lock Systems again! (but hopefully I won't need to...) more
