They sell thousands on homes and here are a few negative\r responses. I have come to find that most of any compaints are because of the seller or the installer. Keep that in mind. Champion is known for having the best home for the money. Thats why there is a 3 month waiting list. more

Champion Homes of Burleson lacks Customer Service!!!! It is not bad enough that when we found out that the exterior wall of the house is only a cardboard we also found out that Champion Homes Of Burleson does not respond. Cabinets falling apart, ceiling rafters made constructed of 1x2 and 1x1. Point Blank..........Do Not Buy A Redman/Champion Home. I bought a home from champion in 07 I still DONT LIVE IN IT when it arrived the floor was round,roof leaks,every window is crooked,wont pass plumb or elec. INSPECTIONS, the wood siding( paid 15,000 for) looks like monkeys installed it, the cabnets are falling apart , every door is damaged & crooked , tried for a yr. to get them fix it or come get it , talked with howard mcguirt he did nothing but LIE ended up filing a law suit ,for 2yrs champion drug their feet because they knew the company was fileling bankruptcy so now the courts in delaware put a stay on my case & my family is looking at loosing the $115,000 my wife & i saved over 25yrs plus the$10,000 for lawyers & were stuck with a home we cant use,THERE IS NO HELP FOR U if u buy from redman, all the b.ruptcy laws protect them NOT YOU ,& no-one in the legal system cares!!!! my family has been DEVASTATED, my wife CRIES EVERYDAY & is now on meds. for deppression, I worry about her everyday , this is a 4yr nightmare we cant wake up from IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN HELP???? more

I have no problem with my home other than the damages that occurred during the move. The ceiling and molding throughout the home is cracked to name a few. We moved in August of '08 and it is now March '10 and nobody has come out yet to do the promised warranty service. Cons: customer service more

Think twice and e-mail me for pictures before you buy from Champion-Redman Homes. I have an 8 month old, 100,000 dollar piece of junk..in 8 months the roof has come off, the home is seperating and the construction of the home is a joke..It is nothing like the model. The company is non-responsive and totally uncaring. It was trash from delivery to this date..The manufacturer and the distributor (A-1 Homes, Victoria, Tx) are unprofessional to the point of criminality. I have notified the Texas Department of Manufactureed Homes to get an investigator assigned.. Pros: They Take your money quickly Cons: They sell trash more

""Worst home ever"" the only reason im giving the champion home i purchased 2 years ago is that their is a ""no star"" rating. The home i purchased is a total piece of junk. Only 2 years old and everything is falling apart. Very poor workmenship and quality. Im almost embarresed to have anyone in it. I will be contacting all the local news stations consumer reports departments and let them know all about my champion home.
