THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Totally unprofessional. Granger was the guy I was dealin with. He started a job that he never finished. I payed him to pull permits and to run drainage to finish the job after he put in a new water heater. It took him two months to do that after calling him several times and bugging him. When the inspector came and told me what he needs to do to finish the job it took him another month to come to my property. He started the job and got frusterated because it was to hard for him so he calls me while Im at work and tells me hes not finishing the job. What kind of business does he run??? Then he said I had to pay him a service charge of $120. on a job he never finished. On top of that he tracked grease in my house, made a mess of my carpet and banged up the walls trying to work on the water heater I assume. When I was questioning him about why I have to pay a service charge for a job he never finished even though I paid him all the money months before he started yelling at me and said "F%%% this guy and hung up on me. The only reason I got stuck with this guy is because I have Americas home shield warranty and thats who they sent out. I never want this guy stepping foot in any of my properties again. He charged me $400 to run 7ft of small pipe. What a suckerr i am. Wow what an experience.
