I took my car to this dealer because i was having problems to start the car. They found the wireless control module and the keys needs to be replaced. They want to charge me $699....

not fair 4/13/2012

I took my car to this dealer because i was having problems to start the car. They found the wireless control module and the keys needs to be replaced. They want to charge me $699.00 to fixed. I declided and they charge me $99.00 for they labor. I took my car to another dealer and they found the starter motor relay failure. They replace the relay and road test all fine.They only charge me $128.22 to fixed. I have all the papers to proved. CHAMPION DODGE is sucks. more

Purchased a new Ram 1500 close to ad price - Good Deal! 3/28/2011

Called on the phone, talked to Rudy, made an appointment for the next morning and was in and out in minimum time, after a test drive and paperwork. Working with Rudy was a breeze, but I am still waiting for his return call after the deal, to get the front seat adjustment bar fixed. Must be a thin deal. But, I love the truck and very happy with the purchase, even though they tacked on about $1000 for the bed liner and scotch guard. So, it just may be who you talk to first, to get you the deal you expect. Ask for Rudy, and go on a Monday when there are few customers. more

Not a fair dealership 3/23/2011

They are a classic bait and switch dealership. Saw an ad , got an internet quote from their internet manager , drove 50 miles in the rain only to have our quote thrown out the window. They had all sorts of reason why their quote no longer applied. They made one offer, $4000 over what we had received on the internet . No counter offer or anything ( on a poorly selling vehicle ) . I couldn't have a worse feeling about this dealership or Dodge product. I hope every staff member is looking for a job in the next six months and the former lot is turned into a playground. Don't go here ! more

The Best Used Car Spot!! 12/7/2010

I got my 2010 Honda Civic from these guys in Downey in early October .I found it online called Champion up and had an appointment set up. When I got there I expected to be brushed aside because I wasn't buying a Dodge or Jeep but to my surpise my Consultant yousef was very knowledgeable even though it wasnt a Dodge. Overall the whole process was pretty easy . I traded my gas guzzler for something way more economic , I'm so happy with my new car .\r \r Thank you Champion! more

Champion Dodge Downey - New Truck Purchase 10/24/2010

I recently purchased my new 2010 dodge ram 1500 from Champion Dodge.. I worked with Yusuf who was pleasure to work with..He was knowledgeable and walked me through the process that usually is burdensome - in less than an hour. I was out of there credit approved and terms that suited me just fine. So often people take for granted good service - I want to personally go on record and say thanx.. My new black beauty is the envy of my neighborhood! more

My salesperson told me over the phone that my offer had been accepted.\r \r I gathered my documents and money and asked a friend to drive me to Downey (an hour through traffic).\r \r Once there, the fast-talking sales manager had added $1,000. to our agreed-upon price. He said he was confused and made a mistake.\r \r I make plenty of mistakes, but I always keep my word. Apparently, that's not the case at Champion Dodge.\r \r Stay away. Pros: Nice cars Cons: Unethical. more
