I called around and Appliance CARE was the only company that could get to me within 24 hours to help fix my WARM refrigerator. Arron was here, on time, and finished the diagnosis and repairs within 30 minutes. Price was a bit higher than other companies I called, but worth it since many of them couldn't get to me for almost a week, our food would have been a total loss if we had to wait that long. THANK YOU! more

THRILLED with their service. 7/31/2013

The most immediate thing that stood out to me about Appliance C.A.R.E. was the fact that when we called them in the early evening, we expected to get a voicemail but someone actually answered! Then we weren't sure how soon they could get out to us to fix our malfunctioning fridge. They scheduled us for the very next day after apologizing for not being able to make it that night (not that we had expected that)! They said they would call 30 minutes before arriving on the day of the appointment. We got a call saying we were next on the list and they were on their way. That was great. We were thrilled with them for letting us know when they were coming. Once they got here, they were polite and worked hard! more

Fixed my fridge promptly. 7/22/2013

Appliance C.A.R.E. did a fine job replacing a malfunctioning part in my fridge. I called them in the morning, and they had someone out to me in the afternoon. The service was a little pricey to me, but the serviceman was prompt and knowledgeable. more
