Don't care about long term customers 2/12/2015

I have been a patient here for over a decade and turns out if your crown breaks before the 5 year time period your insurance requires, they don't stand behind their work. My much older crown is still fine (from the same dentist even) yet the new one some how broke in two places? Then they don't want to stand behind or warranty what is clearly faulty materials? That is garbage service right there for a customer who has been loyal for a long time, done Invisilign with them, and provide them with lots of business and recommendations over the years. To be fair, they did offer me a paltry discount on a new crown, but that was more of an insult than a legitimate offer. To make this right, they need either pay to replace their own bad work or at least make an offer of what my insurance would cover. more

Note that there are tons of glowing reviews on this and other sites that are very similar--I suspect they are trying to boost their ratings. So I went to this office several times. At first, I thought they were professional, but they charged for things beyond what my insurance paid for and wouldn't do a standard cleaning. Instead, they wanted to do an expensive gum treatment and fill half my mouth. I let him do the 3 worst cavities, but once he numbed me up, he pushed hard to do others, even one that was "new"--diagnosed by sight, not xray. After I spent $1k over my insurance, I went home for the holidays and paid a visit to my childhood dentist, who is a good friend of the family and I'd trust with my life. He didn't find a thing wrong, provided me with the basic cleaning my insurance provided, and gave me a warning that Heartland Dental (who owns Champaign Dental) puts the pressure on its dentists to meet quotas and sell services to earn bonuses. more

I would highly suggest this office. 11/24/2010

I was having a toothache and they got me in same day. They took a xray and Dr.Kuo did not see anything. He checked the way I bite down and found that I was bitting to hard on one tooth and ground it down and with in 24hrs no more pain. I was very thankful they were able to help me so quickly. I would highly suggest this office. more

I would send my friends and family 11/22/2010

...They accepted my ins. and were polite on the phone so I made the appointment. I saw Dr. Kuo and one of the hygienists at my first appointment, I had not been experiencing any pain or problems but they checked everything anyway. I felt they were very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. I did have one cavity and they fixed it that day. I would send my friends and family to this office based on what i experienced. I never felt pressured, and they all seemed to care about what I wanted and needed to make my appointment go smoothly. more

Nice and helpful 10/4/2010

The doctor is always very nice and helpful for what is needed for my mouth help. Dental hygienist did one I had today are always helpful and have great advice, I use. I even learned today I need to go deeper with flossing.I had no idea I needed to go so deep. more

The family hygienist is Mandi and she does an outstanding job, not only by taking care of our smiles but doing her job with a smile on her face and making me and the kids comfortable, and that is very important. more
