I should have read the reviews online before using this company or I would not have NEVER used them. Also, should have checked out the Better Business Bureau's website as well because there is a complaint on there too. One month before my wedding, I called 3 times and left 3 voicemails, also sent 3 e-mails. All of which were not returned. I was getting very worried until one night I called around 10pm and the lady told me to call back during business hours the next day and she prompltly hung up on me after I told her all my calls were unreturned. Not a good way to do business. I called back the next day and no answer so I left ANOTHER un-returned voicemail. I am not sure how they have been in business for so long because they obviously do not have good communication with their customers. When I called to cancel, due to the lady being so rude and impolite, she refused to give my deposit back. At this point, I would rather loose my deposit and not have a limo company than use them. The owner also replies very rudely to the customers that have written reviews online which should have shown me her true character to begin with. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
