This company was really fun to rent from. The driver Mike was courteous and on time. We had a special birthday and went to dinner and then for drinks with friends. The hummer we had was really nice and very clean. We will rent from them again and very soon as we have another special event coming up. Again, this is a great limo service and we recommend them to anyone looking for a great night out with a reliable driver. more

I rented the 14 passenger lincoln for a girls night out and I'm so happy I rented with them!! The car was super nice and clean, we had a such a fun time in the limo we didn't really care about going anywhere else!! Our driver was very helpful and on time, he also gave us some suggestions of good places to go. I would definitely use this company again and have told my friends to rent from them too! more

Excellent service, our wedding day was so special because of Melanie. The Navigator we rented was fantastic. The weather was not perfect, but that was not a problem, we had a party in the limo. Our driver was professional and knew all the right places to take us for pictures(inside of course). My friend had rented from this company and we were in her wedding earlier in the year. Our driver Dale was her driver and we requested him too. We also had a getaway car after the wedding reception and the driver was there at the right time and the Rolls Royce is super nice. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs great service and reasonable prices. Ask for Melanie, she handled everything and it went perfect for us! more

I should have read the reviews online before using this company or I would not have NEVER used them. Also, should have checked out the Better Business Bureau's website as well because there is a complaint on there too. One month before my wedding, I called 3 times and left 3 voicemails, also sent 3 e-mails. All of which were not returned. I was getting very worried until one night I called around 10pm and the lady told me to call back during business hours the next day and she prompltly hung up on me after I told her all my calls were unreturned. Not a good way to do business. I called back the next day and no answer so I left ANOTHER un-returned voicemail. I am not sure how they have been in business for so long because they obviously do not have good communication with their customers. When I called to cancel, due to the lady being so rude and impolite, she refused to give my deposit back. At this point, I would rather loose my deposit and not have a limo company than use them. The owner also replies very rudely to the customers that have written reviews online which should have shown me her true character to begin with. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. more

Our limo never showed up! I made frantic cell phone calls to the office, no answer and no returned calls! We all had to pile into my car. We found the limo a few blocks away with the hood up. My deposit was refunded but my day was ruined. more
