I first found Dr. Chamberlain's office when I got sick with a viral infection. I looked thru a list of primary providers that accepted my medical insurance plan who had an available appointment that day. I filled out the paperwork and to my surprise, one of his staff tells me that she is going to take my picture. While I like the idea that there is a personal approach by having their patients' picture attached to their file, I was somewhat uneasy since I was really sick, had unflattering clothes on, hair barely brushed and probably an unpleasant expression. Perhaps the idea of laughing back on it helped cure my illness.
Anyway, I wasn't able to see him but his assistant who was helpful and told me that a lot of people came in with the same symptoms and told me to stick to liquids for the day and prescribed me over-the-counter medication. I was happy in a couple of days as I started to feel back to normal.
