Very happy with new Chamberlain custom home 5/17/2017

We just moved in to a new Chamberlain home built in 2016 and it has been a very good experience. Home has been trouble free with no settling, leaks or quality issues. Builder was easy to work with and answered support questions quickly. I upgraded all lighting to LED, home included quality GE appliances and a new Wifi garage door opener. I would be happy to recommend this home builder to prospective buyers. We're very pleased. more

Bashful builder 7/9/2013

Likes to build in magnolia no inspection process .. Plumbing electrical. Home inspector found outdated electric panel in new construction... Warranty info sketchy at best.. Be careful... more
