Normally when you think buffet, you think cheap food with an average taste. Chubaca's changes that. They offer regular menu items, rotisserie brought to your table or food buffet style.
I ordered the buffet at my last visit and was really surprised at what foods they offered.
They had fish, seafood, veal marsala, ribs, etc. The food was the *best* I've ever tasted on a buffet. (And possibly the best I've tasted at any restaurant.)
The prices are a bit higher than normal buffet places, but you get what you pay for here.
The environment is a little more hushed than most restaurants I go to, so if you have a screaming toddler, you may want to wait til you get a babysitter.
