EVERY time we need to send flowers we head for Cha-Lor Flowers. Close to home, affordable and the people are friendly. Staff is ready to help a "helpless husband" select the right flowers for that special occasion. The even have a program where you can return vases in exchange for some free flowers. Nice! more
