This place serves most decent Japanese food in South FL. A Japanese family runs this place so you can expect a friendly service you see in a real Japanese restaurant. Price is reasonable, menu selection and quality of the food is outstanding. The ramen noodle was pretty good but not as good as ramen noodle at Santouka CA or NJ. Try unusual items such as Onigiri or Tako-yaki. They are scrumptious. It can’t go wrong if the food is prepared by the people who know the food best. I will try Sushi next time. more

Wasted a crazy amount of time and money here tonight. We had the ramen and teriyaki for dinner, and, dumplings and spring rolls for starters. It took almost an hour for takeouts and the next time I want ramen, I'll spend $0.50 at Publix and have a better meal!! more

My wife and I, ever on the quest for decent Japanese food, found this place quite by accident when I visited the Fedex drop-off office in the same strip center.\r \r The restaurant is quiet and low-key, like a Japanese place should be. Food is good and not too expensive. Table service only, fortunately. I don't care for buffets because in my experience the food isn't as good and the places are more crowded.\r \r The restaurant isn't all glammed-up with faux-Japanese fixtures and furniture. It's a pretty simple place with only a few tables (less than ten), modest decorations, and good food.\r \r We've been probably a dozen times in the past year, never disappointed. more

It is like being in Japan. The food is authentic and the people friendly. Chef Hiro-san is a master of flavors. more

A tiny family run restaurant well worth our visit! Delightful service, different menu items, fresh seafood, and good prices combine to make this a keeper. Can't wait to go back as so many items I'd like to try. Sampled grilled yellow tail Kama, sauteed tofu with veggies, crab and avocado salad with yuzu dressing, snapper, yellow tail, and fish eggs sushi, half a futomaki; more

Delicious food, fast service, friendly atmosphere. Best Japanese restaurant in town if you want authentic food, not just teriyaki.\r \r The sushi is wonderful - fresh, high quality fish. \r \r Try the takoyaki (octopus balls) or the pork katsu - they're great! I don't know of anywhere else in the area you can get takoyaki. more

Cha-Chas is a small restaurant hidden away next to the Rooms-To-Go-Store on 441. This place is a true treasure of a find with wonderful authentic Japanese food. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this restaurant. more

It's not at many Japanese restaurants in SoFla that you can find Yakitori and Tonkatsu on the menu. When there more signs on the windows and walls in Japanese than in English, and the TV in the corner is tuned to a Japanese station, you know that the food will taste more like it comes from 140E than 80W.\r The food did not disappoint but our eyes were bigger than the stomach trying those items that we yearn for. So many things on the menu that you can't find elsewhere locally.\r \r On the flip side, Cha Cha is a small simple place is an obscure plaza, often the first step in the wrong direction (location, location, location). It's hidden in the FedEx-Kinkos plaza if you're looking for it. Maybe the small size will keep the costs of staying in business low.\r \r The waitress, while extremely pleasant, couldn't make recommendations so we needed to resort to the 'menu darts game' for those items that we weren't familiar with. \r \r All the food was excellent and made even better in that it didn't take a 15 hour flight to experience it.\r \r We'll return many times and evangelize Cha-Cha so that Cha-Cha amasses enough critical mass clientele to stay in business for a long time to come. \r \r Don't go to Cha-Cha to get what you can get elsewhere, try something different.\r Kampai! more
