Cesario's is one of those places that has expensive real estate and must pass on that expense to its clientele. I did not feel I was paying for exceptional food or service. We had a steamed mussel appetizer, whose ""white wine"" sauce might tasted like sea water. My Veal Piccata was soaked in butter and still tough and chewy, and cost $21. My girlfriend's beef merlot had the cosistency of stew meat. The waitstaff would never know our displeasure, because no one ever stopped by to ask whether or not we were enjoyoing ur meal. Sometimes if a place is packed I can let that slide, but this was only at 30% capacity. I tip 15% if the waiter does the bare minimum, and here I was tempted to leave less, but didn't. Bottom line: 2beers+2 glasses of wine+appetizer+2entrees+tip=$91. NOT worth it.
Pros: Location, Nice window seating
Cons: , Mediocre Food, Mediocre Service
