CRS,Inc are so rude and obnoxious. These people have been harassing me and my family for quite some time about a debt from 2008 . So I finally called to see what the debt was and i was told that I was irresponsible b/c i should have paid this debt long ago. I made arrangements to pay the debt . and then in another conversation with this co. the rep i was speaking with informed me that my sister and i are both insane and unstable all over a misunderstanding. he was yelling at me so loud that I had to hold the phone away from my ear and he would not let me say anything so I hung up on him. I am so infuriated by the fact that these people think that they can insult and degrade upstanding citizens such as myself and get away with it. more

This company posted a debt onto my husbands credit - that he doesn't owe!! We have proof that he doesn't owe this nor has he ever owed it - basically, this was posted in error and probably should be on someone else's account. We have been trying for a month to get this removed but we keep getting the run-around. We have faxed proof SEVERAL times, but when we call, we are told they didn't get it. We ask to speak to a supervisor, but we always get a voice mail and NOBODY ever calls us back. This has to be the WORST company I have EVER had to deal with!!! Pros: Nothing!!! RICHARD WILLIAMS is a rude a$%s. However, Mr Davis is congenial and respectful and my wife and I were ready to give a check to pay off the debt, even though our original debtor (and EXPERIAN) agreed to take it off our credit becasue it was the apartment complexs mistake. RICHARD WILLIAMS called and borderline threatened my wife. Guess what?? Not giving the check now. Id rather pay $5000 in fees than pay these people. I RETURNED A CALL FROM THIS COMPANY ASKING ABOUT A $1700 BALANCE THAT I OWE FROM A LEASE THAT I HAD TO BREAK A FEW MONTHS AGO. MS. KEYES WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO ME WHEN I REFUSED TO GIVE HER MY CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER AND OFFERED TO SEND IN MONTHLY MONEY ORDERS. SHE EVEN TRACKED DOWN MY PARENTS AND PUSHED THEM AROUND.
