I brought my car in for a problem concerning not being to start the car. I requested that all components be investigated including battery, starter and alternator and was told that they could not find anything wrong with my car. Once I got home and had to start my car again, it would not stop and therefore I had to have it towed to the shop. I was then told that it was a sensor in the starter and had to have it replaced. I was not happy that this was not found the first time. I have emergency road side service with my car insurance company and had to call them twice for the same problem which could have been avoided had I received the proper diagnosis the first time. I'm am still rating you a 4/5 because when my car did not start the second time, I contacted your shop and they sent the mechanic out to try and jump my car. The portable battery charger did not work and the mechanics did not have actual jumper cables with them and I had to supply those. My car still did not start and therefore I had to have it towed. The car was repaired that day and I had received a discount card in the mail which I did not have with me and they would not apply the discount for labor charges which was disapointing since we had just spent almost $1,000 on repairs for my husband's explorer. On the positive side, the staff is very courteous, and professional and did what they could to resolve my problem promptly that day.
