Quality in an Age of Broken Promises 11/14/2013

We had a problem with painters. You may have been in that situation; maybe you are right now. When you are in that stress-inducing arena, you start to wonder if anyone really HEARS what you're saying, or really KNOWS their craft. If you find yourself in that position, call CertaPro Painters. If you don't want to find yourself in that position, call CertaPro Painters first. They really do listen, and they really do know their business. They did their research, figured out the problems, and executed flawless corrections, correcting a myriad of issues caused by other painters. Everything looked great when they were done! Stress faded, replaced by a renewed confidence in the continuation of craftsmanship in the modern world. Amazing work! Great price! Amazing Company! We'll be back! Thanks again!! more

Excellent experience 11/13/2013

There was a snag in the latest job but I'm sure everything will be handled correctly. I've used them before and they did an excellent job and fixed up the second floor room that was in bad shape but I had already rented. He came in at the eleventh hour, immediately came over and had it done before the guy moved in. I was extremely impressed and I'm sure he'll do another great job. Lloyd Fetzer more

Happy with Lee's work! 11/8/2013

I can't say anything negative about Lee and CertaPro Painters. He's very personable, does what he says he's gonna do, and his people are neat, clean and do what their suppose to. They painted part of my house, in particular the soffit. Someone he recommended to me to paint my fence didn't follow through completely, but that wasn't Lee's work. The fence guy did a good job, but needs to fix a few minor things still. Overall, it was great! more

Honest, dependable company. 10/22/2013

CertaPro Painters of Louisville were very timely. They came to paint the exterior of our house when we were expecting them and there were no surprises. They were honest and upfront about the cost and they stayed within the cost estimate. It's hard to paint over old wood. They referred a company to repair that, who were pretty reasonable with their cost estimate. That was a good company also. Overall, they are a terrific team. I would highly recommend them. They're very dependable. more

CertaPro painted my living room and the guy that did it was very prompt and very efficient. He was in and out in two hours. I was very satisfied with the job and bid. I even got a Christmas card several months later as a thank you. more

CertaPro Painters of Louisville gives good customer service and did what they said they would do. The price is good for what you get and it's better than any other company in the area. I've been to them three times now. Their last job was in September and they did the hallway/entryway and a large foyer. Richard W. more

Outstanding service and perssonel! I recommend them. 9/16/2013

I would give CertaPro Painters of Louisville a 6 out of 5! I've had a terrific experience. I had this awful yellow plaid wallpaper that I didn't like in the back room. Lee and his crew put some kind of stuff over the wallpaper and then they painted it. It completely hid it - no bleeding, no seams. It was perfect! Lee came in himself to double-check the process. After it was completed, Lee came over once at daytime, once at night to check the work. He was just phenomenal. I've never seen a painter that concerned. We plan to have his company come and paint some more rooms for us. I have nothing, but kudos for them! It was all terrific. My wife is totally satisfied with everything. I've already recommended CertaPro Painters to other people. more

Organized, well-priced, clean, and very helpful with recommendations 8/7/2013

Working with CertaPro Painters of Louisville was an overall joy. They waited on a Friday afternoon for me to get home at 5:30 so I could inspect the paint job and when I got there, they were throwing the football with my son. I don't know how many others would stick around on an Friday afternoon to make sure the guy likes the job. Lee Sapata and their crew were awesome and over the top. We had a really good experience with them. So much so, we had them paint our entire house. more

Good job 8/1/2013

CertaPro Painters of Louisville came in and worked well. We have vinyl siding so they did all the wood parts - trim and porches. There was one painter I didn't care for what he was doing. The disappointing thing is that they were here a year ago and didn't put my house numbers back up and with my life with three children, I haven't had a chance to put the house numbers up either. However, it seemed to be a good job. I would recommend them and in fact I already have. more

Quick and clean 6/28/2013

No pressure. We told what we wanted and it was done. Everyone from the salesmen and supervisors to the painters were pleasant and thoughtful. In no time almost our whole house was painted including ceilings and no mess was ever left. Very easy to work with everyone and reasonable costs. more

CertaPro Painters of Louisville was exceptional the entire project. I was met with on several occasions to pick out colors, get a solid proposal and then they worked around our schedule to make sure that our business was not interrupted when they came out to paint. The painters were friendly, hardworking and efficient. After they were finished the owner came by to make sure that the final project was satisfactory. Major exterior painting of a historic home 5/30/2013

The workers that actually did the painting on the house did a good job, although the owner seemed rushed to get through the project. The paint was applied with a sprayer, and I had to have them come back because the application wasn't even. 18 months later, the paint job is still looking good, except for the porch floor which needs to be done again. This was disappointing as I have lived in this house for over 30 years, and haven't had problems with the porch floor peeling before. I love the way the house looks, and for the investment I made in the painting, I hope it lasts longer than a few years. more
