Very prompt, polite and knowledgable 12/16/2013

Very prompt, polite and knowledgable service! Called in the morning after our fridge smoke something (compressor?). Otto came out to investigate and found it was a couple of simple relays (not the compressor) were blown. He had the parts and the fridge was running again quickly! very very happy! more

I doubt I could have picked up the part and done the work faster. 5/8/2013

Called these guys up saturday morning, they had a tech out in a couple hours. Tony brought up an after market switch and knocked out the repair in 15 minutes. I doubt I could have picked up the part and done the work faster. more

On time, fast, fair price 11/27/2012

On time, fast, fair price, the guy knew what he was doing. 20 minutes to take apart a washing machine, replace a cheap part deep inside, put it back together, and test it out. more

Said he'd come at 10 or 11; showed up around 10:10, was done before 11. He knew just why our oven wouldn't heat up quickly, had the part in his truck and put it in quickly. Thank you guys! more
