Roof Leaking: Lost lots of stuff... management don't care! 12/7/2011

Poor maintenance of the property led to roof leaking and lots of water damage in my unit. I informed the manager many times about it and they did not do anything. When I moved out and witnessed the extent of the damage, the manager said it's not their problem since I signed a release of responsibility. I tried to get insurance but was mislead: Renter's insurance will NOT cover your storage unit!!!! Lesson learned: always get proper insurance, no matter what!!! And read the fine prints... Even if the property looked clean, something can happen and you will be help responsible for it. Don't trust this place... more
