Century Roofing

I had Century Roofing replace the whole roof. I also had them replace the skylights too, so it was a big job. It went quick, they cleaned up, and there were no problems. more

I thought the guy from Century Roofing that came out was very professional. He gave me all the numbers, told me what needed to happen, and the price was right. The guys that actually came out to do the work were fast, courteous, and they cleaned up their stuff every night, which was really nice as I have seen people not do that. They cleaned up really well at the end of the job too. I've used Century Roofing a half-dozen times. I'm a general contractor, and they have always worked out fine. They show up when they are supposed to, and they can work around special issues. They complete the job well, and they clean up well, so it's been fine working with them. more

It's a real mixed bag with Century Roofing. Their sales representative and managers are awesome. They're very hands on, and they took care of things, but they clearly could not trust their employees. They would tell them one thing, and the employees would do another. They would smoke on the job, even though the higher ups told them not too. I called and told them about and, and when they arrived the employees hid it from them. When the employees promised to get work done, they didn't do it, but luckily the managers and salespeople were on top of things and got it done right for me, even if they had to do it themselves. So like I said, it's a real mixed bag with Century Roofing. There is no trust between the the managers and the employees. Why do they keep those guys on the job? At least the higher-ups keep the business legitimate. more

First, Philip of Century Roofing came to give us the estimate. From the initial estimate to the planning, Century Roofing answered my phone calls and responded to my requests in a timely manner. Century Roofing did a whole new roof for us, and they were really wonderful to work with. I found out about Century Roofing through a friend who had tried them. What stood out to me was the way they cleaned up afterwards and that they would get right back to me any time I called them. We're very happy with the work that Century Roofing did. That says something, because every time we do something around the house, there's always something that goes wrong! However, there was nothing wrong with the job that Century Roofing did. I would give my highest rating to Philip. From the very first phone call to the very end and the follow-up, everything was taken care of. I am totally satisfied! more

My experience with Century Roofing was very positive. They provided me with a very fair quote. We actually solicited quotes from three other companies, and they matched the lowest one, which saved us over $1,000. They were kind, finished the work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves well. I'm completely satisfied. Century took off the old, nasty shake roof and put up nice composite shingles. They also replaced two skylights. They were great from start to finish. I've recommend them to several people already, and would use them again if I had the need. more

We were extremely happy with Century Roofing. I've never seen a crew work harder. Throughout the installation, there was the possibility of rain, and they were constantly prepared for that eventuality. I don't recall if it did rain or not, but their preparedness was comforting. Once they had finished, my husband noticed that there were a few pieces missing along the ridge line. They were very apologetic, and glad that he had noticed before they left. They went back up immediately, and corrected the issue to our satisfaction. It was a virtually perfect job, completed by a nice crew and done on time. We first found out about Century when they did our neighbor's roof. They seemed happy with the job, and we could see the results for ourselves. We're glad we chose to hire them, too, because everything worked out as good as we could have hoped. more

The roofing that Century Roofing did for us is beautiful and we're happy with it. They were prompt as well. I would recommend them but they put new plastic material on our gutters. Now the gutters flood because our house wasn't built for that. We need to install the original system so the gutters won't flood. Be careful of their drainage. We found out about them after a friend of ours got their roofing done. more

Century Roofing were very easy to work with. We were in contact with Philip throughout the process, and found him to be both thorough, and knowledgeable of the product. We live in a custom built log home, and he convinced us to try an all metal roof. It's Forest Green, which fits with the rustic feel, and the look of our house is now significantly improved. It's also more energy efficient, which Philip informed us of, and qualified us for a tax deduction. The actual work was done in a time-efficient manner, and we were very impressed with how well the crew cleaned up. Working with metals roofs can be tricky, but they did great. There was one small issue with the skirting around the chimney, but when we called them about it, they came out immediately and fixed the issue. They told us that if anything similar comes up within the next year, they will do the same. We solicited quotes from several other roofers, but are glad we went with Century. They not only have reasonable prices, but also offer a good quality product. We couldn't be more pleased. more

Century Roofing came and did a full inspection. We told him some of the concerns we had and he patiently went through all of the options available. He took into account what we wanted. Plus, he was very helpful in showing me various roofs in the neighborhood to point out the different styles and leveling. He really demystified the technological talk about roofing. We ended up getting a full replacement roof. They came in on time and got right to work. They worked quickly and tidily. This process of tearing things off makes a tremendous mess, but every day when they left they took care to clean it all up. It always looked like landscapers had been there. They do what they say they're going to do. And when we had a few queries, they were quick at getting back to us and sorting everything out and making sure we were happy. They provide really great customer service. more
