I and a few friends were travelling (we are from the DC area) by Pittsburgh and decided to stop by the Inn for dinner. We were more than impressed by the chef and balanced and delicioous meal we encountered. For a more than reasonable price we were served a 7 course culinary delite that impressed all in attendance. To top it off the Inn's staff and atmosphere make this jewel a destination all on it's own. After dinner drinks in the historic bar area makes you feel like you have stepped back in time. Pros: Beautiful, historic, and great service Cons: Not in DC area! more

Wonderful 8/4/2003

This has got to be the most romantic restaurant in the Pittsburgh area. A 200 year-old inn decorated in antiques and gorgeous furnishings of its era. The food is fantastic, the service is bordering on pampering - and you can spend the night if you so choose! Breakfast is served in a room surrounded by windows so that you can soak up the surrounding countryside of rural Pennsylvania. Pros: Great bar and drinks, Wonderful food, Great Service Cons: Not much parking more
