These guys will attempt to raise your rent each time you sign your lease, regardless of prices for the rest of the complex. Apartments are old, poorly built, and maintained by handymen with no clue what they're doing. Mold in the bathroom? They paint over it. 1 inch gap in the windowsill? They paint over it. more

Great Deal for the Money 12/19/2005

This place is a great deal for the amount of rent they charge. Its older apartments but they have been well maintained. Our apartment was over 1100 square feet with 7 closets! They have a clean pool and a small work out room. We had a few maintenance issues but they were dealt with in a timely manner. Its very quiet but so close to Haywood Rd, Laurens Rd and Woodruff Rd. The convenience and price are what make this apartment complex so good. more
