Century Aurora

This is the most horrid theater I have ever been in. Went to see Public Enemies and the sounds kept going in and out. Also there was a bright spot on the screen the whole time that really got annoying. To make my experience worse, there must be ants or fleas in the seats because about 15 minutes into the movie, the upper part of my back started itching and spread across from shoulder to shoulder with huge red bumps (6 of them total). Saw a 9:50 showing of Dreamgirls at this theater and when asking someone to stop talking because he seemed to comment often on a funny and interesting scene, I was called outside to fight. At 43 i thought that this was really funny, but since I was on a first date I decided not to make waves and get the idiot thrown out. You wonder why they have such a high police presence there.\r \r There was a family in front of me where the male was text messaging thru the entire movie, I was just thankful that thier two kids about 2 and under were semi quiet. Who brings such young children to such a late show especially when its would be highly boring to them? Also why do movie theaters sell tickets t people like that? \r \r And the last complaint i have is that their concession stand workers are at times very rude. If i am going to pay the fortunate for the food and drink i want a little service with it. plus I had to return the soda because it was flat.\r \r I don't think I will be back at this theater. though not an exceptional movie experience, it's not the worst. discounts are nice (student). people have been annoying on a few occasions, but overall it's been a positive experience. for the most part, service has been very acceptable too. more

It's nice to see they give discounts to Police, Fire Department, Paramedics, and other emergency services. But they don't give a Military discount even though there is a military base less than 3 miles away! They even give student discount! The only thing students defend is their midterms! I was told that students get discounts because they don't have much money. Newsflash people, if I had as much money as most students, I wouldn't have joined the Army to get my education! more
