I had a great lady, Ginny Dunn, as my realtor, and she was very courteous and outgoing in finding the house I was looking for. When we finally found the house we wanted she was a huge help in talking the owner into terms that were easier for me to handle. I really enjoyed working with her. more

Could have done it myself 9/3/2005

Went looking for a house with a realtor. He didn't really stay in our price range and when he did, it was usually a run down house. We actually found the house that we bought ourselves. Plus side is that he took us around on the weekend and led us through the offer with ease. No cost for buyers, of course. That's a plus. I don't think that I would go back to them for the next house. PROS: Courteous service CONS: don't abide by customer specifications more
