Great Tallahassee Real Estate Agent 4/13/2012

Eva Armstrong is excellent in what she does. She is very professional, goes above and beyond to help and satisfy the home buyer, listen and consider buyer's need and concern. Even after closing, she is still faithful in responding and returning email or phone call. Usually, after closing, buyer never hear from the realtor anymore, but Eva makes a different. I am very pleased and very happy with her service. I will not hesitate to refer a friend to her. I had a very good experience with Tallahassee Realtor Eva Armstrong. more

When I needed a Tallahassee real estate company to sell a home in Tallahassee, I immediately thought of Century 21 and Joe Manausa. My home was listed for sale on www.manausa . com and was sold during a time where a lot more homes failed to sell than actually sold. Best Information on Real Estate in Tallahassee 2/15/2012

Century 21 First Realty is the best source of information on real estate in the Tallahassee market. They are an incredible company to work with as a buyer and are always available to provide advice and answer questions. We utilized them to purchase a home in 2003 and are planning the purchase of a second home this spring. Century 21 First Realty is top notch and I highly recommend their services. more

Hooray! We just closed on the sale of our house in Tallahassee! Unlike other houses in our neighborhood that have been on the market for years, Joe Manausa and his Century 21 folks sold our house in less than 6 months! You heard me … less than 6 months! more

Sold My Home In 11 Days! 2/11/2012

This is the way to sell a home in 2012. All I can say is Joe Manausa told me our home would sell in 4 to 14 days, and boy was he right. More than 20 people looked at our home in the first week, it’s like everything we heard about it not being a seller’s market just wasn’t true. If I ever have to sell another home, it will be with Century 21 in Tallahassee. more

Sell A Home In Tallahassee 2/10/2012

I read Joe's Tallahassee Real Estate Blog and newsletter regularly and I can personally attest to the accuracy of his reports and projections. When we listed & sold our Tallahassee house in Sept 2010 ( in one day I might add). Everything he taught was put into place & made our house the best value in it's pricerange. We received a fair price and were able to take the proceeds and really beat up on the seller in our new location. Prices have fallen in our new neighborhood but we are still on the + side when we compare what we paid with the current prices of similar homes. I highly recommend Joe for selling a home in Tallahassee more
