Yes, the bad reviews you may see elsewhere are true, this company is horrible, avoid them like the plague, all they care about is money. They maintain rental properties as little as possible, and owners never seem to follow up on them. If you ever need to break your lease for a reason they deem unnecessary you have no rights and they treat you like crap because of it. more

After reading reviews on your business I'm actually thankful that you neglected to call me back apparently saved me a horrible time. more

I would never recommend anyone to use this company. Very unprofessional and will do anything to get your money. Be cautious and document all correspondence. I find the owner to be petty and ruthless when you don't cave to her threats and manipulative ways. It's a shame because some of the realtors are wonderful and go above and beyond, sadly they work for a company that hinders their true talent. more

Century 21 Cherie Schulz Realty Firm's office are very professional when it comes to dealing with clients on the sales side and the rental side of their business. Not only has this company help me sell my home from out of state, this office has managed my property for the last five years and I have never had any problems with the office. Even through the repair issues I had on my home, they oversaw the repair while I was not able to fly in to take care of the repairs. I trust that while I am away that my home is in good hands and I am glad that the company has a well structured guidelines to make sure that when they rent out my home, it is to qualified individuals. I always receive my semi-annual report on my home with pictures to show that everything is in order. I would recommend Century 21 Cherie Schulz Realty to anyone in need a manager for their home or to sell! more

This firm fortunately does not represent all Century 21 Real Estate Agencies or it would no longer be in business. They are completely misleading, deceitful, and unprofessional on all matters concerning business. Their goal is to get you into a contract, and tell you everything you want to hear until you do enter into legally-binding conditions, and then they drop the ball and you are bound by law to adhere to their conditions and agreements. They do NOT listen to the customer, they try to put you into the house they want you in, according to their commission rate. Do NOT do business with Cherie Schulz unless you have done extensive research about buying real estate. more
