These people are beyond the worst. They LIE to suit their needs - 1.) I traveled from TOKYO to BUENA PARK to resolve a problem that was a LIE. They are habitual liars, the lot of them. THEIVES - 1.) They bought and installed eight of the the cheapest miniblinds avaliable and charged me $1,330.00! 2.)They carpeted the entire house, then spilled paint in the livingroom and CHARGED ME to repair the carpet! INCOMPETENT - 1.) Repairmen painted two bedrooms, I had long, heavy drips running down three of the walls in each room. 2.) They had to make three trips to Home Base to buy a simple padlock for the garage door. UNPROFESSIONAL - I was called a LIAR by one of their office staff! And do not be mislead by the name \r ""Century 21"" They only pay to use the name - I called C 21 head office several times begging for their help and was told they ""have no affilation."" Folks, stay away - THESE PEOPLE ARE DEADLY!!! more

Buyer-Seller beware of this agency. They act illegally in their dealings with clients and they have no concept of customer service. Their agent was rude, incompetent and self-servicing. It's no wonder; run the broker through the CA Department of Real Estate at: www2.dre.ca.gov/PublicASP/pplinfo.asp?License_id=01200526.
