We've been patrons of Centro for 10+ years. The adult bistro atmosphere has been eroded by an enormous increase in families with small children dining there...a change that has happened over the last couple of years.
I suppose if you have young kids, its a good bet - as they can get pizza while grown ups enjoy good Italian and mediterranean fare. But "cozy" it ain't, at least not anymore.
Food quality is realiably good, though a bit pricey.
The bar is enjoyable, if you can get a seat among the 'gals'
Pros: the bar
Cons: kids
