?Central Warehouse Company Was Founded in 1910 by William a Brewer, My Great Grandfather. He and His Partners Took Over 3 Years to Complete Construction of the Five Story Red Brick Warehouse Pictured. Surviving Company Records Indicate that During the First Several Decades of Operations Central Warehouse Company Specialized in Perishable Goods, Farm Material Distribution and Household Goods Storage. The Building is Still in Remarkably Fine Shape Today and Has Been Remodeled into Offices with Several Floors Dedicated to Light Industrial and Records Storage.
?The Business Was Later Operated by My Grandfather, Robert Grant, and Then My Father, Wallace Strobel. I Began My Career with Central Working Summers As a Teenager, Pursued My Own Business Interests for Many Years and Took Over the Reigns in 1999.
?Today Central Warehouse Company Owns and Operates Six Warehouse Facilities in Four Cities and Two States. We Own Two Facilities in Saginaw, Two in Midland, Michigan and One E ach in Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio. We are Still Growing and Our Divisions and Wholly Owned Subsidiaries Provide a Variety of Exceptional Services: Central Warehouse Operations, Inc.
