Good: Front office staff. Bad: Almost impossible to obtain an appointment with a physician. Offered visits with PA only on most occasions. Poor communication between physicians and staff. Difficult to reach provider by phone when problems with health condition occurred.. Improvements: Smaller practice. It seems that the number of patients under the individual physicians' care impaired their ability to provide adequate individualized treatment plans.. Other: Recently I attempted to reach my physician. She only works part time and spends very little time in the office. After seeing her PA on multiple occasions without improvement in my condition despite compliance with her recommended treatment plan, I requested a visit with a doctor. My MD was on vacation and I wasn't allowed to see another physician in the practice. The on-call physician did not call me after I met with the assistant office manager in person.
