Great Machines, Bad for sales&service 5/29/2009

Repair shop sells repairs whether they are needed or not. If you didn't buy it from them, beware. Owner Paula has a real attitude when it comes to ""EBAY"". You aren't a customer until you buy it from them. They moved from Illinois to Second St. In El Cajon, CA Repair department misled me on a repair and made big bucks. I later discovered it was a $20 part. Not a $120 repair that I could have done myself. So Sad. Pros: Good selection, beautiful machines Cons: Lack of business integrity, Brute force hard sell more
