After 6 months in a Central managed parking lot, I couldn't take it anymore. I switched to a different lot managed by a competitor.
The lot was just accross from the "downtown entertainment district"... meaning that every Monday the lot would be strewn with broken glass from people dropping (or throwing) their beer bottles.
While I understand that they can't control what goes on over the weekend, they never cleaned up their lot! After about 4 weeks I finally called & complained. 4 days later, some of the whole, unbroken ones were removed, but hundreds of thousands of glass shards remained. My further calls got me nowhere.
This is in addition to the potholes nearly 12" deep... I do not recomend Central Parking.
