Central Kitsap Urgent Care

Sadly, the other negative reviews of this office are spot on. It is basically an occupational medicine office -- accepting appointments for this purpose only -- and fit in ""urgent"" (using the term quite loosely) care walk-in patients in between appointments. Even the people with appointments were complaining about the length of the wait. 1 1/2 - 2 hours is the normal wait time. When was finally called back, I was seen by a physician assistant who was incredibly rude and abrupt. It was beyond the old phrase ""no bedside manner"". That is usually used to describe a situation where the doctor is just non-communicative with the patient. This man was actually rude. I am a person who rarely goes to the doctor and now I will go less. I will never go back to this office. I am in search of another urgent care in the area. As one woman previously said, I will drive to Poulsbo even though it is inconvenient to avoid this office. When you are already not feeling well, this is the last place you want to be. Came out feeling worse. This office is appalling. more

Normally, I try to avoid places with bad reviews. But, figured since reviews are so shady lately. I'd still go get my daughter seen here. I didn't feel like driving to poulsbo. Well I should have. This place is not a real urgent care. They do not even have a doctor that is just for urgent care. What they do is squeeze you in between the doctors appointments. So people with appointments kept coming, we kept getting bumped. So i waited over 2 hours to have my daughter seen. I should have left. Poulsbo urgent care and various other places have a doctor that sees all the urgent care patients, while they still have other doctors viewing people that have appointments. I complained to the doctor. He told me that wasn't the norm. Which is a lie, because the girl before me, had also been waiting for hours because she was also seen. So i would recommend going to the hospital or driving a few miles to bremerton doctors clinc, or poulsbo urgent care. This is my first and last time i will come here. more

I had a great experience. The clinic was clean and everyone was professional. I would go back. more

Staff has always been very nice every time I've gone. If you went in feeling sick they usually call a few days later to see if your feeling better or if they need to make some changes for you. They're willing to work with you money wise. As well as give you advise to other places that are cheaper if you don't have much money. Have always been very helpful. They have always asked my opinion prescription wise to see if want to spend more money on a med that u don't have to take as much or less money on a med that works but has more doses. Would definitely recommend them. more

That this place advertises as an ""Urgent Care"" clinic is beyond a lie. In severe (but non-emergent) discomfort I arrived on a Sunday only to be told by the receptionist in a rude and condescending way that I could not be seen. Though I provided my primary care physician's name and phone number (so that they could verify) they refused to even evaluate me based on the fact that I should have seen my regular doctor. That I was there because my regular doctor was not open on a Sunday did not phase them in the least. No chance was given to talk to the doctor or to explain my situation. No history was taken and no benefit of the doubt offered. I would advise people to avoid this place at all cost. They are as unprofessional and unethical a group of health care providers as could possibly exist. Disgusted! AB Pros: Absolutely NONE Cons: Far too many to list. more
