Do not even think about using this company or Service Magic, which is how I unfortunately had the worst experience of my life with a contractor. My Oven needed a new hinge and sensor. Gregory came out and replaced the senor and advised he needed to order the other hinge. This was on January 6, 2011. It is now March 16, 2011 and I have tried everything to just get the respect of a return phone call to find out status. I finally had to have Service Magic contact them and stay on hold until they could conference them in to get me some answers. I am now waiting for the part to be shipped directly to me and I will have a friend install as I already spent $300 with Central Jersey Appliance. ***Buyer Beware -- Do not even think about it. I am sending a full report to the Better Business Bureau on Central Jersey Appliance and Service Magic. Also - I did check with the BBB after this experience and they have an F rating. Save yourself the aggravation and go with a different company.
