I went with the lowest bidder -- HUGE mistake - you get what you pay for. They quoted me 3-5 business days to install new irrigation, lay down sod and landscape the front and backyard -- this actually took over two months (minus the landscape b/c we ended up pulling the plug on the project in order to go with real professionals). After they installed the new irrigation system, they told us they never pulled the permit because it was inconvenience! It took weeks before they could produce a permit and verification of code inspection. The sod was in bad condition that they had to come back several times to replace dead patches. My experience with Gary R (Branch Manager) was horrible - not only was Gary clueless, but he often lied and never delivered what he promised. My advice to you all -- NEVER engage in their services -- it's a nightmare working with them and an absolute WASTE OF TIME.
Pros: They were competitively priced (but you get what you pay for)
Cons: Work Quality sucked. Unreliable.
