I was lucky enough to grow up with Central Falls Provision kielbasa. It's great! I've moved out of state but still get multiple rings when my Mom visits. We have shared the kielbasa with Polish friends from Pittsburgh (a large Polish community). They said that next time I get some kielbasa from Central Falls Provision that I needed to give them some. more

Each Christmas growing up, our family traveled to Vancouver, British Columbia to visit our Ukrainian relatives. We had feasts of Pierogis and cabbage rolls. We always bought the Kielbasa from the local butcher. I haven't had it years and tried to buy it from the local grocery store. YUCK!!! I found Central Falls Provision on the Internet and my prayers were answered. I ordered the 4 ring pack and it was love at first bite!!! It is the best!! Perfection. I am now a one woman marketing campaign as I sing your praises to everyone in Utah who will listen. The best place for Kelbasa, been coming here for 30 plus years. Great family to deal with. Paul is a wonderful person and always greets you with the upmost respect. I in turn deliver a loaf of Rye Bread for the Rye Bread industry dryed up in the area. I recommend this place and will come until the door shuts closed... He has a great recipe for Cabbage Soup. There are very few places around to get authentic Polish food. Central Falls is the BEST place to get all things polish. They carry an array of fresh Polish foods, including kielbasa (many, many different kinds), pierogies, veal loaf, borscht, horseradish and many other products. For more years than I have been alive, the veal loaf has been made at this establishment. The pierogies are frozen in packages of twelve, with the traditional favorites- cabbage, cheese, potato and cheese, as well as dessert pierogies- blueberry, apple, cherry. The apple pierogies will add an excellent dessert item to any menu. The same family has owned this business since it first opened. Do not settle for grocery store items, go to where the product is made. Excellent! more
