Every single class this entire year, always started 3-5 minutes late. Once in a while is one thing, but every class? For heaven's sake, there is a clock right above the door - stop talking and get yourself and your students in the room! I am paying you for dance time, not talk time! The front desk staff doesn't know left from right either - you get a different story each time you ask the same question. They also had cameras installed in the rooms and TV's in the lobby so you could watch them on the screen - yeah, that was supposed to be up and running in October. October turned to November, November turned to after Christmas break, and well look-e-hear... it's the end of the year and they still don't work. If you aren't in competitve dance, find another studio - this place is horrible for non-competitive classes - they just don't care about you. If you have a problem, don't bother trying to talk to the owners about it, they'll just ignore you and frustrate the heck out of you. Also, what kind of place lets a pregnant teacher instruct 3-4 year olds when she is due at the same time as the recital and NEVER have a replacement instructor (even if it was a high school student)? Unprofessional. (She did have the baby 6 days before recital, doubt she'll be there for the it - dress rehearsal was horrible since they were all expecting her on the sidelines to show them the next step.)
Pros: clean studio
Cons: staff socializes too much, class starts late, misinformation
