I left this doctor's office to switch when I was 20 weeks pregnant, that is how bad it was. At every turn they failed me. I have waited up to 45 minutes to be called back by the nurse and then waited another 20 minutes before I got to see the doctor. I was never asked if I wanted to pick a primary physician. It took them about 2 1/2 months before they finally sent me my letter stating how much my insurance would pay and how much I would owe. My blood work and results were rarely ever explained to me. The ladies in the office were not helpful and you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. A lady called me back a week after I left a message. After I left it took them forever to get my records transfered and I had to continually call back to request things they left out. I am a first time mom and I was terrified and distraught at the lack of care I was given. I would never recommend this office to anyone I cared about! more

I had some of the worst issues with this office that I have ever had with a business. Every time I call to make an appointment I am put on hold for at least 10 minutes. I usually end up hanging up and calling back repeatedly each with 10 minute wait times to make an appointment. I was left sitting naked from the waist down for an hour and a half before I was seen and this was after the 40 minute wait I had already done waiting to get in a room! When the midwife walked in her comment was "I had no idea you were having contractions". I was 22 weeks at the time. The average wait time from sign in to being seen is at least 45 minutes for the midwives. The Ob's don't seem to have the same issues as I have always been seen promptly by them, but it is still a hassle to make an appointment. I had miscarried a few times...the other doctor I had been seeing continuously told me "It was common" and to "keep trying." I went to Dr. Roberts; and she was very concerned--and requested further testing. I was then informed that I had a wall in my uterus; then had surgery to correct it. I have not tried (due to situations), but I know once i do try, it will happen. The staff is very professional--yet "down-to-earth" and willing to give proper care. I live in Charlotte now, but still want to have my pregnancy care from Dr. Roberts!! Kudos to them:) more

This is a great practice with married couple docs. They are helpful and understanding and are now large enough to schedule appointments quickly as needed. They accept most insurance. You can call and speak with a nurse if you have a problem. more

This doctors office is great. The staff is very friendly and the make you feel real comfortable. Also you dont have to wait a long time before you are seen by a doctor. The atmosphere is very calming. more

I started with this practice when we where pregnant with our now 2 yr old son. The staff and midwives as this practice are top notch. I was very sick with my son and they went out of their way to make sure I was okay. They treat you like one of the family. I never felt like my appointments where timed and that I had to rush. They always answered my questions and addressed my concerns with the utmost professionalism. I would recommend this practice to anyone as I know you will be as happy as I am. more
