Central Carolina Air Conditioning

DO NOT use Central Carolina Air Conditioning. They came to service our heat pump. The customer service is appaling. They will not break down the price for you until after you pay...so you don't know what your paying for labor, parts. etc. They overcharged us by hundreds of dollars for labor (because they lied about how long it took). Mark, Nikki, and Logan are jokes. We were told the check was in the mail...a week later the check still hadn't been written. They promised appointment times and then didn't show up at all and did not return phone calls. Mark would promise to return phone calls and then never call. \r Don't even try to mess with scheduling anything through them...they are so disorganized and rude that is an impossible task.\r The technician who came to do the service was nice but the company makes it hard for him to do his job well.\r Do not use Central Carolina Air...unless you like dealing with terrible customer service and being ripped off and lied to! more

Our air went out, so we called CCAC and they came to fix the problem. The gentleman that came was so nice. He worked very hard to fix the problem, and did not leave until it was taken care of. When we called, they came in the same day. The service was excellent. more
