If there was a way to give no stars at all that would be my choice. I purchased a coupon through groupons for wisdom teeth extractions. I made my appt for an eval in March. i went in and was seen 40 min after my appt time. I would understand if it was a busy office or if i saw a lot patients in the office but it was only me and another patient in there. Then I saw a lady doctor who told me that she was not the one doing the procedure but I was ok to have it done. When I checked out I was told the doctor was only there every other Friday and that I would have the choice to pay an additional $600 so I won’t be in any pain since the package was only offering local anesthesia. They seem to push by saying that by paying the extra $600 is the only way. I told them I would have to get the money and that I will call to schedule the procedure date. Ever since March I've called and left a message for the staff to ask the dr who was doing to the procedure to look at my chart and see if it was ok to do it with local anesthesia only. I never got a call back. Finally I called them two weeks ago and they told me I had to go in and have an eval again since I haven’t seen the doctor that was doing the procedure. I work for a specialist and it is a standard rule. The dr that does the procedure must give the eval!!! They wanted me to drive another hour up there and wait again to just speak to the doctor again. Why didn't they call me to tell me?? Why wait until a month before my coupon was to exp?? Very disorganized office. I do not recommend! more

I purchased 2 groupons for my wife and I for teeth whitening. Center for Dental Implants of South Florida: an In-Office Zoom! Whitening Treatment I made an appointment for myself today and I am devastated! What was supposed to be a simple procedure with an excelptional value turned out to be a scam. This dental practice is using coupons to lure patients in for additional dental work and refused to perform the procedure that I paid for. more

Going to Dr.Garg's office is a very nice expirience from beginning to end. Front desk service is outstanding, very professional and friendly staff and no long waits. When time comes to meet Dr.Garg the experience even gets better, he takes his time to see you and explain the options you have and always carefully suggesting what option will the best. Treatment with him was pain free. Dr.Garg took excellent care of me and friends of mine who have gone to see him for treatment. more
