Saved My Life 1/11/2012

I have to say if it were not for CenterPointe Hospital I would more than likely be dead. This program with out a doubt saved my life. I have been in various treatment facilities 9 times and yes, there are ups and downs to each program, however this was by far the most successful program (for me) with a very caring staff, dedicated to helping those in need. These programs are not there to baby us, but to help us learn how to live with our illness, learn how to live a productive life. I thank the Doctors and staff for giving me my life back. If you feel as there is no where to go, you are wrong. Go to CenterPoint. more

CenterPointe Hospital 7/20/2011

I cannot say Thank You enough to the staff and doctors at CenterPointe Hospital. They helped us when no one else would when my youngest brother became ill. They have been there for us numberous times over the last year and a half. Because of them, my brother is still with us after experiencing NMS. As far as the other two reviews, I am sorry for their experiences. My brother has been in CenterPoine 9 times since Nov. 2009, and has had the best of care each visit. They are a wonderful group and I highly recomend them. more

Not impressed 11/1/2010

My last admission left a little to be desired. It took 6 hours to be admitted. I received no admission pack, ie..toothbrush, toothpaste, drinking mug, none of the basics that used to be a given. I was told that I had to deal with the insurance companies myself, which is what I thought the social worker was there for and another stress I didn't need to deal with. Needless to say, I didn't stay long and won't be going back anytime soon. All I can say is that I wasn't impressed. more

Do you value your freedom? 6/1/2010

Stay away from this place, my ex wife and daughter were BOTH detained during an assessment process for their day program. The stress sent my daughter into a seizure which she is now in a medical facility being treated for, there are other programs out there people-Center Pointe is only in it for the insurance money and state funding-STAY AWAY! Pros: None Cons: Too numerous to mention more
