Very Dangerous and Poor Quality \r Would never suggest anyone to move into these apartments. Management is horrible, specially when you are moving out. They dont understand there is something called normal wear and tear but they will bill you a ridiculous sum of money on top of keeping your deposit. I just moved out and got a bill of over $400 i personally cleaned everything but got billed. My friend who still live in the apts got his car broke into. My cars bumper got broken because of the metal bars coming out of the concrette blocks in the parking lot. When i complained was told will hear something from there insurance company been over 7 months still didnt heaq anything. In short would never tell any one to move into these apts. more

Spacious apartments, quiet community 6/1/2005

Waterstone is a very good, high-class apartment community on the West side of Indy. Good location, on the outside of 465 and close to Eagle Creek and convienent shopping and dining. These apartments may be priced somewhat higher but if you can ask about specials it might be worth it. It is a gated community and I do believe it helps keep out unwanted solicitors/guests. It has a nice pool, mostly quiet neighbors and neatly-kept grounds. PROS: Convienent location, large apartments CONS: Pricing, interstate noise if you're on east side of community more
