I had upper & lower Bleph surgery 2 months ago & my experience was pretty good. \r The staff was very kind & professional, Dr. McCann is very experienced and very good at what he does. So far I am pleased with the outcome of my eyes, I'm glad I decided to choose\r Dr. McCann to do my surgery! more

I had a difficult case, Dr. McCann never gave up on me,He did wonders on a face that has been very damaged.He made me feel like I could face the world. His expertise is unparalled. Wow! After researching Botox, fillers, etc online I figured it would make a significant difference to my 55 year old face, I was not prepared for the brilliant services offered by Dr. John McCann and the Center For Facial Appearances. I not only look younger, energized and healthier, but I actually feel that way as well. Well done, Dr. McCann. Thank you so much for a better looking me. I am tickled to death with the results. I have tried every trick in the book to stall off the accumulation of 55 years worth of wrinkles, saggy baggy eyes etc. I know I am in trouble when my daughter asks ""Why do you always look mad?"" I decided I needed a little help so I searched out the best doctors I could. Highly recommended was Dr. John McCann and the Center For Facial Appearances. When I spoke with people I knew had a little done here and there, I was always impressed with how younger but natural looking his work is. I knew he was good but I didn't realize he was brilliant. I not only look pretty dog gone awesome but I feel younger vibrant and sexier. I don't look like ""Christmas With The Cranks."" I just look well rested, well taken care of, younger and just more beautiful. The glow I now have must come from how tickled I am with the results. Thank you so much Dr. McCann and your incredibly professional and friendly team at Center For Facial Appearances. more

Don't waste your time here... 10/4/2011

I scheduled my first appointment with a girl who claimed to be the front office manager and surgery scheduler. She really just couldn't give me any straight answers or even have the pride in her company to tell me that the questions I had could be answered one on one with a doctor. I gave the office the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to schedule and see Dr. McCann anyways. I should have known better from my first contact. Dr. McCann kept interupting me and bouncing his leg up and down in frustration. He was pursing his lips and kept looking at his nurse and giving her irritated looks. I was there for something I planned on paying for out of pocket... I think I will wait until I can find a doctor who actually gives off the vibe that he loves his job. What a pathetic excuse for a physician. more

Dr. McCann is the WORST! 10/4/2011

Dr. McCann is HORRIBLE! What a pompous know-it-all. I have never been treated as disrespectful as he treated me. He acted like I didn't know what I was doing and he told ME what I was getting done instead of listeneing to what I wanted done. WORST experience ever! As a doctor bedside manor is everything to me and he just made me feel rushed and like all he wanted was my money. He yelled at his nurse in front of me and blamed her for something that the intern did. Won't EVER go back to him! more

A Dr. that actualy cares and makes a difference! 10/4/2011

If you are going to be shopping around for botox, fillers, or any kind of facial surgery...stop looking! Dr. Anderson is the most caring doctor in the state. He understands what is important to you and really listens. Although I always end up waiting a little bit to get into him, I know it's because he is spending as much time needed with every single patient. He is never rushed and far worth the wait. There isn't a bone in this man's body that isn't make of pure love. He is very caring, and aggressive towards getting you the best result! I have seen his partner in the halls twice and would suggest avoiding him. One time he was arguing WITH a patient and another time he was getting angry at his staff for what seemed to be no big deal. The poor girl at the front desk was almost in tears. You will be doing yourself a favor if you visit Dr. Anderson though!!! more

I was so impressed with Dr. McCann and his staff. It is so refreshing to experience; not only professional, but very personable and caring people. Not only was my experience at Dr. McCann's office very pleasant, but the short stay at Salt Lake Regional Hospital was extremely remarkable. Their team work with one another was amazing. I am so grateful to have had this experience with Dr. McCann, his Staff, and Salt Lake Regional Hospital. Exquisite Expertise & Extreme Professionalism 3/3/2011

That's what you get with Dr. McCann...I am so pleased with my results from the Botox & Juvederm administered by Dr. McCann!!! His precise selection of injection sites & choice of quantity of product to inject, beautifully enhances your face in all the right places! You will notice a remarkable difference, but it will not be obvious to others! You will however receive numerous compliments on how beautiful you look & how amazing your skin looks! I've been told I look like a porcelain china doll and at 42...it's a much welcomed compliment. more

Center for Facial Appearences 2/27/2011

After a very poor Botox experience with a different MD, I was timid about ever having Botox again. That was until I met Dr. John McCann and his friendly, able staff. I have seen Dr. McCann for several years now and I have been more than pleased with the outcome of having both Botox and Juvederm. I always get compliments on the condition of my skin and I am 60! Dr. McCann has helped me make informed decisions about my skin and is very talented in Botox and Juvederm applications. I highly recommend Dr. McCann to anyone wanting top-notch care. more

Great care! 2/25/2011

My daughter had told me that I should consider botox because I always looked so concerned. I was NOT happy to hear this from her but took the advice. After a lot of research I landed in the hands of Dr. John McCann. He took the time to go over all of the options with me and explain to me what the likely outcomes would be of each treatment. He and I decided that the botox for my wrinkled up nose and Juvederm for an old scar I had on my chin would be the best choice for me. I can not tell you how happy I am with the results. The Juvederm popped my scar back up and it looks like nothing was ever there. As for the botox, not only do I not longer have a scrunchy nose, I no longer get mirgraines either! He is a great Doctor and I plan to see him every 3 months for more botox! more

Everyone at work kept telling me how tired I looked. So after I did my research online and talked to a few close friends, it was evident that I had to get in to see Dr. McCann. He is the best in town. I went in for a consultation and suggested that I wanted a face lift. After discussing with Dr. McCann what my main concerns were he told me what would benefit me the most. He was very honest in telling me that a facelift would not address the areas that bothered me. I took his word for it and did eyelid rejuvenation surgery instead. I can NOT believe how amazing I look. I feel more confident in myself and everyone at work keeps asking what my secret is. I planned the recovery so that I could leave town and come back looking 'refreshed'. He did such a wonderful job. I would never trust my face to anyone else! more

Outstanding Care 1/6/2011

My husband was in a horrible accident this year and broke many bones in his face. He was in very bad shape, so bad that I could hardly recognize him. We were very worried that he would never be the same. After talking to Dr. Berbos at the hospital, we knew he was in the best hands possible. He was a young doctor, but his knowledge and bedside manner were superb. He explained the problems and how he would fix them in a way we could understand, and patiently answered all of our questions. After the surgery, we met Dr. McCann who is one of his partners that operated with him. He was wonderful too! It has been about 3 months since his surgery, and my husband looks like the accident never happened.! Dr. Berbos and Dr. McCann have been so great about keeping us informed about the healing process and what to expect. I highly recommend both Dr. Berbos and Dr. McCann to anyone who wants great medical care from friendly doctors who are clearly the best of the best! more
